Co-Diagnostics Closes $3.8 Million Shares Offering

05:32 PM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Co-Diagnostics ( CODX ) said late Thursday it closed a registered direct offering of over 9.6 million common shares at $0.40 apiece to two institutional investors for gross proceeds of around $3.8 million.

Net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, according to a statement.
