01:11 PM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Co-Diagnostics ( CODX ) said Wednesday it closed a previously announced registered direct offering of 12.7 million common shares that were priced at $0.55 each.

The molecular diagnostics company said it plans to use the funds for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Shares of Co-Diagnostics ( CODX ) were down over 12% in recent trading on Wednesday.
