Co-Diagnostics Prices $3.8 Million Direct Offering of Common Stock

10:03 AM EDT, 09/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Co-Diagnostics ( CODX ) said Wednesday it priced a registered direct offering of about 9.6 million common shares at $0.40 per share for gross proceeds of about $3.8 million.

The company said it plans to use proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close on or about Thursday, for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Shares of Co-Diagnostics ( CODX ) were down 29% in recent trading Wednesday.
