09:51 AM EDT, 10/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Co-Diagnostics ( CODX ) said Monday that it has signed a deal with Arabian Eagle Manufacturing to form a joint venture that will research, develop, manufacture, assemble, distribute and commercialize Co-Diagnostics' ( CODX ) technologies and intellectual property in the Middle East and North Africa.

The partners in the "CoMira Diagnostics" JV believe that first obtaining regulatory clearance first from the Saudi Food and Drug Administration will directly facilitate entry into other countries in the region, Co-Diagnostics ( CODX ) said.

The company said it will grant the JV an exclusive license to its intellectual property, which will include the company's upcoming polymerase chain reaction platform and its current lab-based PCR diagnostic products.

Shares of Co-Diagnostics ( CODX ) were up over 100% in recent trading.
