Coeptis Therapeutics to Implement 1-for-20 Reverse Stock Split

08:59 AM EST, 12/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Coeptis Therapeutics Holdings ( COEP ) said Friday it will launch a 1-for-20 reserve stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares to meet Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement for continued listing.

The company's shares will start trading on a post-split basis on Tuesday, the biopharmaceutical company said.
