09:01 AM EST, 02/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Coeur Mining ( CDE ) said Friday it has completed its acquisition of SilverCrest Metals.

Under the agreement, the company said it acquired all of SilverCrest's outstanding common shares, with SilverCrest shareholders receiving 1.6022 Coeur shares for each SilverCrest share.

Coeur said it issued 239.3 million shares in the transaction.
