Coffee Holding Terminates Merger Agreement with Delta Holdings

09:20 AM EDT, 06/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Coffee Holding ( JVA ) said Monday that it has terminated its merger agreement with Delta Holdings, which was first announced in September 2022, following a failed shareholder vote in April.

The coffee roaster and dealer's chief executive officer, Andrew Gordon, said it believes that, as an independent company, it "will be able to create shareholder value that has eluded us recently."

Delta Holdings did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
