Cognizant Retained by England and Wales Cricket Board

05:17 AM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cognizant Technology Solutions ( CTSH ) said Tuesday it has been retained by the England and Wales Cricket Board to improve the overall digital experience of recreational cricket fans, players, and volunteers.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Cognizant said it has been tasked with developing integrated and easy-to-use digital products to ease administrative tasks for the national cricket governing body. The first phase of the project is set to launch next year.

It will also contribute to initiatives to test digital tools to help grow the game's popularity nationwide, a statement said.
