12:35 PM EST, 11/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cognizant Technology Solutions ( CTSH ) said Thursday that it has agreed to acquire 3Cloud, an independent Microsoft ( MSFT ) Azure services provider.

Financial terms of the deal, expected to close in Q1 2026, were not disclosed.

Cognizant said the acquisition will strengthen its role as a strategic partner for enterprise AI and digital transformation by adding 3Cloud's advanced capabilities in data and AI, app innovation and cloud platforms.

About 1,200 3Cloud employees will join Cognizant when the deal closes, the company said.

Cognizant shares were 0.6% higher in recent trading.
