Cognizant Technology Solutions' Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise

04:23 PM EST, 02/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cognizant Technology Solutions ( CTSH ) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $1.21 per diluted share, up from $1.18 a year earlier.

One analyst polled by FactSet expected $1.11.

Revenue in the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $5.08 billion, up from $4.76 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $5.07 billion.

The company expects Q1 revenue to be in the range of $5.0 to $5.1 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $5.07 billion. For full-year 2025, the company forecasts revenue of $20.3 to $20.8 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $20.79 billion.

For full-year 2025, the company expects adjusted diluted EPS of $4.90 to $5.06. Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $4.91.

Cognizant Technology increased its quarterly cash dividend to $0.31 per share from $0.30, payable on Feb. 26 to shareholders of record on Feb. 18.
