Cognyte Software Awarded $5 Million Subscription-Based Contract by Military Organization

08:53 AM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cognyte Software ( CGNT ) said Wednesday that it has been awarded a follow-on contract valued at over $5 million with a military organization in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.

The company said the annual subscription-based deal was granted shortly after the client signed an initial contract worth $10 million earlier this year.

Under the deal, Cognyte will provide the organization with "tactical signals intelligence solutions" to provide military forces with actionable intelligence capabilities for real-time decisionmaking in the field.

Shares of the company were up 4% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
