Cognyte Software Wins $5 Million US Law Enforcement Agency Contract; Shares Up Pre-Bell

07:35 AM EDT, 03/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cognyte Software ( CGNT ) said Wednesday a tier-1 US state law enforcement agency has selected the company in a contract valued at about $5 million.

The agency will deploy Cognyte's SIGINT technology to support investigations and real-time field operations across its state.

The company's shares were up 14% in premarket activity.
