Cohen & Steers Assets Under Management Edge Higher in September

04:44 PM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cohen & Steers ( CNS ) said Wednesday its preliminary assets under management were $90.9 billion as of Sept. 30, up from $90.4 billion a month earlier.

The company said the increase was driven by market appreciation of $945 million, partly offset by $81 million in net outflows and $322 million in distributions.
