04:50 AM EDT, 04/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cohen & Steers ( CNS ) said late Monday it sold more than 1 million shares at an average price of $69.60 apiece through an "at-the-market" equity offering program for net proceeds of about $68.4 million.

The company intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including seeding track record strategies and investment vehicles.

The sale will likely close on April 24.
