Cohen & Steers Reports 1.9% Gain in Assets Under Management During November

05:02 PM EST, 12/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cohen & Steers ( CNS ) said late Monday its preliminary assets under management increased to $91.44 billion on Nov. 30 compared with the $89.74 billion at the end of October.

The month-over-month gain of $1.7 billion was due to around $1.9 billion in market appreciation offset by around $151 million in distributions and $98 million in net inflows, the company said.
