05:56 PM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cohen & Steers ( CNS ) reported preliminary assets under management late Tuesday of $88.10 billion as of Aug. 31, up from $84.58 billion at the end of July.

The company said the increase was because of a market appreciation of $3.7 billion and net inflows of $8 million, partially offset by distributions of $152 million.
