05:42 PM EDT, 08/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cohen & Steers ( CNS ) reported preliminary assets under management late Thursday of $84.58 billion as of July 31, an increase from $80.71 billion at the end of June.

The company said the increase was because of a market appreciation of $4.1 billion, partially offset by distributions of $153 million and net outflows of $45 million.
