Cohen & Steers Reports Sequential Decline in March Preliminary AUM

05:54 PM EDT, 04/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cohen & Steers ( CNS ) reported preliminary assets under management Tuesday of $87.58 billion as of March 31, down from $88.56 billion a month earlier.

The investment firm attributed the decline to $1.13 billion in market depreciation and distributions of $301 million, partially offset by net inflows of $452 million.
