04:44 PM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cohen & Steers ( CNS ) said Monday that chief financial officer Raja Dakkuri has provided notice of his decision to resign from the company, effective Oct. 17.

The company said its senior vice president and controller Michael Donohue has been named interim CFO, effective upon Dakkuri's departure.

Cohen & Steers ( CNS ) said it has launched a search for a permanent successor that will include internal and external candidates.
