Cohu Says Eclipse Platform Picked for Testing AI Computing Devices

04:29 PM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cohu ( COHU ) said late Thursday a US semiconductor manufacturer & foundry services company has chosen its Eclipse platform for production testing of processor devices.

The Eclipse systems optimizes yield through thermal management of high-performance computing processors, the firm said.
