Coinbase, JPMorgan Chase Partner Over Direct Crypto Bank Integration

09:50 AM EDT, 07/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Coinbase Global ( COIN ) said Wednesday it is partnering with JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) to introduce new ways for the bank's customers to access digital assets.

No financial terms were provided.

The company said this includes linking bank accounts, redeeming rewards points for stablecoins and using Chase credit cards to fund Coinbase accounts.

Starting this fall, Chase credit card holders will be able to use their cards to make purchases on Coinbase, the company said. In 2026, JPMorgan ( JPM ) customers will be able to convert Chase Ultimate Rewards points into USDC, a stablecoin issued by Circle, and also connect their bank accounts directly to Coinbase, it added.

The services are scheduled to roll out in stages from fall 2025 through 2026, Coinbase said.
