Coincheck Agrees to Acquire Aplo

03:27 AM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Coincheck Group ( CNCK ) said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire Aplo, a French brokerage for cryptocurrency institutional investors.

Coincheck ( CNCK ) will purchase all of Aplo's shares in exchange for newly issued stock of the company. The financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

As part of the transaction, the firms will evaluate whether Aplo can provide substantial additional liquidity to some of Coincheck's ( CNCK ) altcoin offerings to its customers.

The deal is expected to complete in October.
