Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.95.
Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $5.36 billion, up from $5.11 billion a year earlier.

The company updated its full-year 2026 non-GAAP earnings per share guidance and now expects a mid-single-digit growth, compared with low to mid-single-digit growth previously. The company continues to expect 2026 net sales growth of 2% to 6%.
Shares of Colgate-Palmolive ( CL ) were down 2% in premarket activity Friday.
