Colgate-Palmolive to Acquire Prime100 Pet Food Brand Owner

05:48 PM EST, 02/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Colgate-Palmolive ( CL ) said Tuesday it agreed to acquire Care TopCo, owner of pet food brand Prime100.

The company said it will finance the transaction with debt and cash, and expects to close the deal in Q2. The acquisition is not expected to have a material effect on diluted earnings per share in 2025.
