02:42 PM EST, 12/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Coliseum Acquisition ( MITA ) and Rain Enhancement Technologies Holdco finalized their merger with approval from the boards and shareholders of both companies.

The combined company will operate as Rain Enhancement Technologies Holdco with its class A common stock trading on Nasdaq under the ticker RAIN and warrants under the symbol RAINW, starting Thursday.

Randy Seidl was named co-chief executive officer to work alongside current co-CEO Christopher Riley during a transition period, RET Holdco said Tuesday in a statement.
