Colliers Boosts Swiss Presence Through Partnership With SPGI Zurich

08:45 AM EDT, 07/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Colliers (CIGI.TO), a diversified professional services and investment management company, said earlier Wednesday it is boosting its European presence through a partnership agreement with SPGI Zurich AG. The Swiss-based commercial property advisor joins Colliers' EMEA platform as an affiliate and will rebrand as Colliers Switzerland.

SPGI Zurich has over 25 employees in Zurich and Base, and will expand its presence to include Lausanne and Geneva as a result of the agreement. Its services cover all real estate requirements and include capital markets, landlord representation, tenant representation, valuation, and consulting.
