08:36 AM EDT, 08/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Colliers International Group ( CIGI ) on Thursday said second-quarter revenue rose 6% to US$1.14 Billion.
For the second quarter ended June 30, adjusted EBITDA rose 6% to US$155.6 million, compared with the year-ago quarter.
Adjusted EPS was US$1.36, up from to US$1.31 in the prior year quarter.
The GAAP operating earnings were US$114.7 million as compared to US$75.3 million in the prior-year quarter. The GAAP diluted net earnings per share were US$0.73, up from US$0.16 per share.
"Leasing revenues exceeded expectations while capital markets saw modest growth for the first time since the second quarter of 2022," Jay S. Hennick, Colliers chairman & CEO said in a statement.
