07:47 AM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Colliers International Group ( CIGI ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $1.64 per diluted share, up from $1.32 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.58.

Revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 was $1.46 billion, up from $1.18 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.37 billion.
