Colliers International Unit Buys Canadian Engineering Consulting Firm LRL Associates

04:54 PM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Colliers International Group ( CIGI ) said late Wednesday that its Canadian engineering unit, Englobe, has acquired LRL Associates, a multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm with operations in Ontario and New Brunswick.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

Under the terms of the deal, LRL's management team will join Englobe as shareholders, Colliers said.
