Colliers Rebrands Investment Management Division as Harrison Street Asset Management

08:12 AM EDT, 07/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Colliers (CIGI.TO) on Wednesday said it has rebanded its investment management division to Harrison Street Asset Management.

Christopher Merrill, Co-Founder and Chief Executive of Harrison Street, assumes the additional role of global CEO and will become the largest individual shareholder of HSAM.

Zachary Michaud, the current co-chief investment officer of Colliers, will join Harrison Street as managing partner & global chief financial officer, while Stephen Gordon, current Harrison Street chief financial officer, will assume the additional role of managing partner & global chief operating officer, a statement said.

"Harrison Street has an exceptional track record and some of the strongest leaders, partners and investment teams in the industry," said Colliers Chief Executive Jay Hennick.
