05:50 PM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Colliers International Group ( CIGI ) said late Thursday that its Canadian engineering platform, Englobe, finalized an agreement to acquire Cambium to bolster its outreach and capabilities nationwide.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Under Colliers' partnership model, Cambium management will become shareholders of Englobe and play a key leadership role, according to a statement.
