08:22 AM EDT, 05/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Colliers International Group ( CIGI ) was at last look up 0.2% in US premarket on Wednesday after saying it plans to launch a normal course issuer bid for its outstanding subordinate voting shares.
Under the NCIB, Colliers can purchase up to 4.3 million of its subordinate voting shares, or 10% of its public float, from Friday until May 8, 2026, or earlier.
Colliers believes that the market price of its subordinate voting shares is attractive and that the purchase would be an appropriate use of corporate funds and in the best interests of the company.
Colliers' share price fell 3.1% on Tuesday to $163.22 on the TSX after releasing its Q1 results.
