Colombia's Grupo Argos reports Q2 revenue down 40%

BOGOTA, Aug 14 (Reuters) - Colombia's Grupo Argos

reported a 40% decrease in Q2 net profit from the same

quarter last year, falling to 189 billion Colombian pesos, the

conglomerate said on Wednesday.

Argos, with units in the energy, cement and airport

operation sectors, saw revenues in the year fall 17% to 3.68

trillion pesos.
