01:33 PM EST, 12/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Comcast ( CMCSA ) subsidiary Comcast Business said Wednesday it has agreed to acquire Nitel, a Chicago-based connectivity services provider, from private equity firm Cinven.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

Nitel provides network-as-a-service and managed solutions to 6,600 US enterprise customers in financial services, healthcare, and education industries.
