11:44 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Comcast's ( CMCSA ) Comcast Business said Tuesday it has completed its acquisition of managed services and connectivity provider, Nitel, from private equity firm Cinven.

The acquisition expands its presence in connectivity and secure networking, raising its ability to serve enterprise clients, the company said.
