Comcast Starts Construction of Internet Network in Indiana

09:56 AM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Comcast ( CMCSA ) said Wednesday it started construction of a network that will provide high-speed internet to over 10,000 residents and businesses in Indiana.

The company said that upon completion of its network in Fayette, Rush, Delaware, Boone, Shelby, Morgan and Miami counties, customers will have access to services such as built-in cybersecurity, affordable Internet plans and a video offering covering TV and streaming.

Comcast ( CMCSA ) said the "multi-million-dollar joint investment" is the latest from the company in collaboration with a state program that has invested $350 million for enhanced broadband access and adoption.
