Comerica Increases Share Repurchase Authorization, Keeps Dividend Steady

04:52 PM EST, 11/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Comerica ( CMA ) said late Tuesday its board increased the company's share repurchase authorization by up to 10 million common shares.

The authorization is in addition to the 5 million shares remaining at Sept. 30 under the company's prior authorizations.

Comerica ( CMA ) also said its board kept its quarterly cash dividend at $0.71 a share, payable Jan. 1 to shareholders of record at the close of business Dec. 13.
