Commerce Bancshares Gets Regulatory Approvals for FineMark Acquisition

01:51 PM EDT, 08/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Commerce Bancshares ( CBSH ) said Thursday it has received all regulatory approvals to complete its acquisition of FineMark Holdings, the holding firm for FineMark National Bank & Trust.

The deal, which remains subject to approval of FineMark shareholders and other conditions, is expected to close on Jan. 1, Commerce Bancshares ( CBSH ) said.
