Commerce Bancshares Wins Approval From FineMark Investors for Buyout

04:49 PM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Commerce Bancshares ( CBSH ) said FineMark Holdings shareholders approved the merger of the companies.

Commerce agreed in June to buy FineMark for $585 million in stock.

The acquisition is expected to be completed on Jan. 1, 2026, the companies said Wednesday in a statement.
