Commercial Vehicle Group Chairman Robert Griffin to Retire in May; Successor Named

08:23 AM EDT, 04/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Commercial Vehicle Group ( CVGI ) said Friday that Board Chair Robert Griffin will retire on May 15.

William Johnson is expected to take over as board chair after Griffin departs, the company said.

Griffin has been on the board since 2005, and the company said his decision to step down is due to personal reasons.

Shares of the company were down more than 3% in recent Friday premarket activity.
