07:13 AM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Community Financial System ( CBU ) said Monday that it made a minority investment in Leap Holdings after it acquired about $37.4 million in various classes of Leap Holdings preferred and common shares.

The company said it expects the investment in Leap Holdings to complement its existing insurance services business.
