Community Health Systems Divests ShorePoint Health Facilities in Florida for $260 Million

09:06 AM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Community Health Systems ( CYH ) said Monday its subsidiaries have finalized the divestment of ShorePoint Health assets in Florida to Adventist Health System Sunbelt Heathcare for $260 million.

The healthcare company said it divested ShorePoint Health - Port Charlotte in Port Charlotte and certain assets of ShorePoint Health - Punta Gorda in Punta Gorda to units of Adventist Health.

Shares were over 33% lower in recent premarket activity.
