10:23 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Community Health Systems ( CYH ) said Tuesday it has sold Lake Norman Regional Medical Center in Mooresville, North Carolina, and related businesses to Duke University Health System for $284 million.

The deal was announced in December 2024 and finalized on Tuesday, the company said.

Shares of Community Health Systems ( CYH ) fell more than 1% in recent trading.
