09:00 AM EDT, 07/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Community Health Systems ( CYH ) said Monday its CHS/Community Health Systems unit has launched a cash tender offer for up to $1.47 billion of its roughly $1.76 billion of outstanding 5.625% senior secured notes due 2027.

The offer will expire on Aug. 25 at 5 pm ET, the company said.

Community Health ( CYH ) said the settlement date for the 2027 notes tendered after the early tender deadline but before the expiry time is expected to be Aug. 27.
