Community Health Systems Unit Plans Senior Notes Offering

08:29 AM EDT, 07/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Community Health Systems ( CYH ) said Monday its CHS/Community Health Systems Inc. unit plans to offer $1.50 billion worth of senior secured notes due 2034.

Net proceeds, along with cash on hand, will likely be used to refinance a part of the company's 5.625% senior secured notes due 2027, Community Health Systems ( CYH ) said.
