08:31 AM EDT, 04/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Commvault Systems ( CVLT ) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings Tuesday of $1.03 per diluted share, compared with $0.79 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.93.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $275 million, compared with $223.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $262.3 million.

The software firm said it expects revenue of $266 million to $270 million for fiscal Q1, and $1.13 billion to $1.14 billion for fiscal 2026. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $263.4 million and $1.11 billion respectively.

Shares of Commvault Systems ( CVLT ) were up 4.2% in recent premarket activity.
