Net revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was 12.01 billion reais, up from 11.13 billion reais a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected 11.71 billion reais.

Shares of the company declined 1.5% in Wednesday's after-hours activity.
