Compass Diversified Sells Majority-Owned Unit Ergo Baby Carrier to Highlander Partners

08:27 AM EST, 12/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Compass Diversified ( CODI ) said Monday it completed the sale of its majority-owned subsidiary The Ergo Baby Carrier to Dallas, Texas-based private investment firm Highlander Partners.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Compass Diversified ( CODI ) said it would use proceeds to pay down debt and for general corporate purposes.
