Compass to Buy @properties, Christie's International Real Estate for Cash, Stock

05:49 PM EST, 12/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Compass (COMP) said Monday it's acquiring @properties and Christie's International Real Estate and for cash and stock.

The amount payable will be $150 million in cash at closing and about 44.1 million shares of Compass' class A common stock, Compass said in a regulatory filing.

The shares will be "issued as soon as reasonably practicable after the one-year anniversary of the closing," Compass said.

The share consideration is subject to further adjustments, Compass said.
