09:38 AM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Complete Solar (CSLR) said Monday that it was acquiring selected assets of Utah-based solar engineering, procurement and construction firm Core Energy and hired all 37 of its employees, including its chief executive, Cole Farmer.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Complete Solar said Farmer will now run sales and marketing at the combined company.
